痛みを感じるときの脳の活動は感覚野だけでなく情動に関わる領域も活動する。認知療法は理性を司る前頭葉を活性化して情動を抑える治療だ。戦争は指導者の痛みが情動的に感染していく現象であり、今後指導者にはAIという理性による認知療法が必須となるだろう。取り急ぎ今回の戦争で必要なのは指導者の病理を明らかにし、国家対国家という図式を壊すことである。国家を超えて指導者を賞金首にする方法として、例えばクラウドファンディングがある。
